A few days ago I decided it was high time I tried something different in the kitchen.
Since I enjoy cooking, I looked for inspiration on the internet and found a few very interesting and tasty recipes to cook using the micro-wave.
So I made a delicious omelette for my parents and I, with potatoes and salmon! It tasted wonderful and it was cooked pretty quicky. The whole family enjoyed it and for a first attempt (as I don't cook as often as I wished), I was very happy with it.
And guess what I made for dessert still using the microwave?
Brownies!
Delicious, warm, soft brownies.
They are very easy to make, and those are all you need:
1) one bar (about 200g) of cooking chocolate, preferably with nuts (but not whole)
2) 150g of sugar
3) 130g of floor
4) 3 eggs
5) 125g of butter
Now for the recipe:
1) break the chocolate into pieces
2) add the butter and melt in the microwave for about 1.30m
3) mix together until you have something that look homogenous
4) now mix together the floor, sugar and eggs in another bowl than the one where you put the cholocate
5) add that preparation to the chocolate/butter and mix into you have once again a homogenous looking pasty/batter (I don't know the exact term)
6) cook for about 5m in the microwave
Enjoy!
