I just went through all the videos of Fewdiodotcom on Youtube.

Oh.My.GOD.

My only regret is that I discovered it today and could therefore not watch their movies for Halloween.

Absolutely amazing. Great, very well done, original, shocking, scary, entertaining...

If you love horror stories which go deeper than 'Scream' (ironically enough since even Wes Craven seems to love their stuff) and which refuse to spoonfeed you at every turns, this is the page for you.

Best find of the month for me.

I finally saw the Silent Hill movie today. *insert squeals of glee here with maniacal, creepy laugher*

Here are my impressions (I'm going to try to give some order and coherence to my thoughts here so bear with me please ^^;;) :

Err... man that was long! O_o *glances at what she wrote* I almost feel like I wrote a fricking essay on it. ^^;;

Anyway I can only say one thing : go see it. It's worth it.

Because really it's nothing like Resident Evil or any of the others "video games turned into movies" we have seen recently. This one is actually good, even for the ones who are not fans.


PS: only one more chapter and Samurai Deeper Kyo will be over and done with, after 38 volumes. I'm feeling quite sad about it somehow ;_; No more pretty Hotaru. *cries*

I'm having my mid term exams this week.

I have been really lazy those holidays (damnit, what are you supposed to do on holidays, work?) but have been studying the whole week end and feel more or less ready.

Having been a good student the whole term also mean I got a whole less work to do now after all. I only need to re-read my notes and not actually *learn* everything at the last second. Being a good student in class mean I just have to get a gook look at my notes and books to be ready.

Holidays were still rather lazy and nice. Dad got a new internet connection, the Freebox, which is about 20 times faster and more powerful than the one we used to have. It's a 5128 instead of 128. *grins* It enable me to download a whole shitload of movies in 2 days.

I've got Rose Red (from Stephen King's book, damnit but why do my favorites character ALWAYS die in horror movies?! ;_; I love Julian Sands too... but very enjoyable), Darkness Falls, Gothika (the one I like the less, over used plot and it could have been better), House on Haunted Hill, Night of the Living Dead (the 1990 version, which I like better than the first I must say, in this one there IS a justice after all), Fog (aaaah Carpenter! ^_^), May, Rosemary's Baby and They (my favorite, for once not a hollywood flick that end with the happy ending and the heroine winning like in all the others 3 billiars of horrors movies).

It was a productive day as well, two poems ready and upload to my FictionPress.net account and a few oekaki on Bender's board. Am happy indeed, if tired.

I got it! I wanted a mp3 player to take with me instead of the old walkman and I got it!

It's pretty, it's silver, it's small, it's light, it plays BOTH mp3 and radio and it even has a voice recorder.

All for 89 euros instead of the usual 150 euros asked for this kind of things.

Am a very happy girl. ^_^

It's a Q-Sonic MP3 - UKW 128 if anyone is wondering.

I also took the opportunity to snatch and buy the DVD of Blair Witch 1 while I was at the store (Pearl). I only had a very bad copy of the movie on an old video tape with very bad sound so I decided to get it. And it was only 7, 59 euros. So I said to hell with trying to dowload the movie, I have the perfect DVD right here.

And at least I bought another of those suitcase things to keep all of my anime CD. The first one is almost full. They can contain 200 CD each by the way. I do burn a lot of CD.

Anyway latest news:

- I started law uni last week. So far it's pretty cool and I'm happy.

- Have finally watched 28 Days Later. It was good but I was expecting something else entierely. It is NOT a horror movie so don't watch it with that impression in mind, you will only be disappointed.

- Download episode 48 of Get Backer and end up cracking up. Kazuki you sly whore! You are two timing Jubei and that blond guy now??! But the thing about Makubex was to be expected. I knew it was going to be something like that. Just like I knew what Kazuki was going to do to stop Jubei and his old friend from fighting. For him I must add. That was just soooo yaoi I almost had a seisure. And to sum up the dialogue:

Jubei: How dare you hurt MY Kazuki!

Blond guy: Why does he only look at you! It's unfair! I'm much better than you!

Kazuki: (appears between the two and does an angel impression) Don't fight! I love the both of you equally.

Jubei+Blond guy: Kazuki.... *heart*

And I'm not even bothering to change much the dialogue.... -_-

- Send e-mail to Mr. Masamichi about Unoa doll, my name is now on his list. That mean I will get my doll as expected! *_* *start jumping around like crazy*

- I spend yesterday's evening on my dad's bike as we drive around and relax some. I was behind my father as he drive the bike and I enjoy the ride so to speak, watching here and here as we drove past small villages and such. I love bikes, and I love riding like that with my father. Even more since I haven't done that in a long time. Give us some fresh air while my mother goes postal and let out some steam. Now everything's fine. For now.

Me and my mother are on speakable terms for now. Am very much happy about that because no matter what I say, those fights hurt. Even if I'm now more or less used to it.

Anyway I'm starting school on the 22 of september. I will then be a law student. I started reading books to see where I'm going, and so far I love it. Really. Must be because the beginning is easy. ^_^;;

Among other news:

1) I will be able to buy my Unoa doll for christmas! (aka I have the money - more on doll later) Weee!

2) I finished downloading Hellraiser and have seen The Ring on Friday, September 12th. Pretty cool movie, what really scare me was the last 10 minutes through. Let's see if I'm still alive and kicking in two days ne? Otherwise you will know that the person once know as Shadow of Arashi was killled by Samara.

3) I now own the volume 5 of Harry Potter, The Order of the Phoenix. In English. I started reading it last night but had to go to bed. The frigging book is almost as big as my dictionnary, which I find immensely amusing for some reasons.

Yes people! Shadow is back! ^o^ I came back from my holiday yesterday, but it was so late I dropped dead on my futon and sleep like the dead.

Anyway I'm tired but very happy. The week was good and I didn't came back with empty hands.

PS: Have seen Jeepers Creepers and 13 Ghosts. It was very funny and cool. And scary. Let's not forget scary. 13 Ghosts had some Silent Hill visual like effects. Like the bathroom scene. Remind me of the Brookhaven hospital. *shudders*

I saw the movie Panic Room friday night, after school. I was in my philosophie class when I had the sudden urge to go and watch a movie. After class I left and watched the movie. It was cool, and I like Forest Whitaker, but well no more than that. I like Resident Evil much better. Made me think, I will see it again today !

This movie is one of the only one I really would like to see more than one at the theater (well I think it's the correct american name, just can't remember if this is the right spelling. Please be nice and remember I'm French ^^). The whole atmosphere just got me hooked. I already liked the game, but now I love the whole serie all the more.
